Intended Use

Mainly to seminal leukocytes stained, help leucocyte sperm disease screening.

Principle

Peroxidase within the granulocytes can transfer colorless toluidine hydrogen atom to the hydrogen peroxide, so that the former becomes colored dye deposited on the cytoplasmic enzyme where parts.
