Intended Use
It is intended for staining examination of spermatozoon morphology.
Principle
This method is Papanicolaou stain method recommended by WHO.
Nucleus made up of acid substances, its strong affinity with basic dyes and cytoplasm is the reverse, it contains alkaline substances, its strong affinity with the acid dyes.
