Intended Use
It is mainly used for staining to observe the presence or absence of spore structure on the cells.
Principle
Bacterial spores are the resting state of bacteria. They can resist various physical and chemical factors and endure execrable conditions. Spores, which have strong refraction, can be observed under light microscope when properly stained. Baso Spore Stain is a very useful tool for bacteria differentiation that allows the identification of size, shape and location of bacterial spores.
